Every one of the best wizards know to ever exist had started in a random tavern, half drunk and half on some glowing mushrooms, but the outcome was the same, they became the most talented users of magic.

Some stayed on the good side, but those who had enough of the stupidity of mankind departed to the darker side of magic. But in the end its all up to you if you become a healer for the king's army or a fire user in the depths of the dark land, where even the sun can't shine.
